by setting goals, providing feedback, accountability and exercise

prescriptions specific to the individual client’s needs. Trainers also 

measure their client's strengths and weaknesses while keeping the

interest levels and commitment prominent.

Jeff Black

  • James Madison University B.S. Kinesiology /Health and Physical Education 2002
  • ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Certified Personal Trainer
  • ISSA Certified in Sports Nutrition
  • Wellness experience with all ages
  • Knowledge of sport and speed programing
  • Experience working with all type of injuries and continued rehabilitation after individual is released from Physical Therapy

Kiersten Donahue

Victoria Forman

  • IFTA Certified Personal Trainer

  • Studied nutrition in college and loves cooking and sharing recipes
  • Enjoys helping people get healthy and realize they can do more than they thought 
  • Enjoys helping with weight loss and strength building
  • Specializes in Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Justin Napier

  • ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Certified Personal Trainer
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certified
  • Specialist in strength & conditioning, weight loss, & nutrition  
  • Experience in training with all ages
  • Experience in post-rehabilitation training  
  • Trains in the sport of mixed martial arts (boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, & jiu-jitsu)  

Holly Zickefoose

  • BA in Psychology - University of North Carolina 
  • ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer
  • Taught Health and Physical Education for 7 years (5th- 12th grade)
  • High School Athletic Director & Coached Cheerleading for 4 years
  • Licensed Zumba instructor
  • Enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels
