No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Makes 2 loaves

375 degrees for 35-40 minutes


3 cups Whole Wheat Flour

½ Cup sugar

2 T salt

3 pkgs dry yeast


Heat in saucepan until warm

2 cups water

2 cups milk

½ Cup oil


Add to dry Ingredients the warmed liquids and 2 eggs


Blend until moistened.  Beat 3 mins.  The stir in by hand 5-6 cups of

Bread flour.  Use enough flour to form a stiff batter.  Cover and let rise

until double.  Stir down the (puffed up) mixture and spoon into 2 greased

Loaf pans.  Let rise to desired height and bake.


I use a stick of butter to moisten bread as soon as it comes out of the

Oven.  It gives it a nice color and texture.
